Robert M. Price has spent years as part of the Jesus Seminar, working with other biblical scholars and historians to paint the most historically accurate picture of Jesus possible. In his own work, Price has not outright rejected the possibility of a historical Jesus, but he has come to the conclusion that there is no conclusive evidence that Jesus ever lived. It must, therefore, have come as something of a surprise to Price when renowned non-historian Bill O'Reilly published a book last year called Killing Jesus and modestly subtitled "A History". Or maybe not, given the source.

With Killing History: Jesus in the No-Spin Zone, Price takes apart O'Reilly's book, substituting scholarship for the wish-fulfillment O'Reilly based his book in. This Sunday, Price joins us to talk about the book and O'Reilly's errors.
