Join us for a magical night! This year's Winter Solstice Banquet will be on December 15th at the Embassy Suites in Brooklyn Center. Our theme highlights the performing art of magicians. The featured entertainment will be mentalist David Gamut.

David Gamut travels the world performing at speaking events where he uses his skills as a mentalist to entertain as well as educate the audience on how to have empathy for one another, and how to have productive conversations with people we disagree with. The venue is Embassy Suites by Hilton Minneapolis North, 6300 Earle Brown Drive, Brooklyn Center, MN. Embassy Suites is located on the southwest quadrant of the intersection of I-94/I-694 and Hwy 100, off Shingle Creek Pkwy which is exit 34 off I-94/I-694. If you decide you would like to spend the night, we have a block of rooms reserved; just tell them you are with the Minnesota Atheists group.

Meal Options

Panko Walleye - Walleye hand breaded with panko bread crumbs, baked and served with a lemon aioli, wild rice pilaf, lemon, and vegetable.

Petite Filet Mignon - USDA choice tenderloin of beef grilled medium and topped with steak butter; served with roasted baby potatoes and chef's vegetables du jour.

Ravioli - Wild mushroom and spinach ravioli with either an alfredo or marinara sauce. This is a vegan / gluten-free meal.
